Important Notice
- To be entitled to the early registration reduced rates, payment must be completed before March 31, 2011.
- Registration is only valid upon receipt of full payment.
- All payments must be made in New Taiwan Dollars.
- To be entitled to the full-time student discount, student must email/fax proof of full-time status: school registration receipt, student ID, or a signed letter from the faculty advisor.
- Please note that we reserve the right to cancel a workshop or tutorial due to insufficient participation. Should this occur, all fees for this session will be refunded onsite in New Taiwan Dollars.

Methods of Payment
Registration will only be accepted upon receipt of payment. All Payment must be made in New Taiwan Dollars under one of the following payment options:
1. Credit Card
- Only Visa, Master and JCB Card can be accepted.
- Registration fees paid by credit card will be converted into New Taiwan Dollars, based on daily exchange rate.
2. Bank Transfer

- Please instruct your bank to carry out the transactions "Free of charge for the recipient". Any bank fees incurred will be charged to the respective participant.
- To confirm your payment, a copy of receipt with the registrant’s name should be sent to the registration office.
3. On-site
- Only cash (New Taiwan Dollars) can be accepted at the onsite registration counter.
Confirmation
- Confirmation of registration will be sent via email upon completion of registration. Please complete your payment within 7 days of registration.
- Upon completion of your payment, you will receive payment confirmation. Please present the confirmation letter at the registration counter.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the registration office before April 8, 2011. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the registrant, and 75% refund will be processed after the conference.
- Cancellations made after this date will receive no refund except in extreme circumstances and where appropriate documentary evidence is provided.
