Poster instructions

All the papers (full papers, challenges and visions papers, and extended abstracts) will be presented as posters in four sessions, two on Wednesday and two on Thursday. In the conference program each poster has a session number and a poster number (e.g,. P3-12 is poster session 3 poster number 12). For the papers that are presented orally, in the program the paper title is followed by the poster session number and poster number. You will find poster numbers on the poster boards. Make sure you place your poster on your assigned poster place for the corresponding session. Posters for papers presented in the morning can be posted any time of the day before 10:00 and have to be removed by the end of the morning session. Posters for papers presented in the afternoon can be posted after lunch and need to be removed by the end of the day.

The poster boards have 2 posters on each side. We will provide pushpins to attach your poster to the poster board.

The posters need to be vertical, we recommend to use size A0 (width=841mm height= 1189 mm, which is width = 33.1" height= 46.8"). The maximum space available for each poster is 1219mm x 1219 mm = 4'x4'. Do not exceed this size, otherwise you will infringe on your neighbor poster space!

Oral presentations of full papers are allocated 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q/A and switching.

Note: If you have not printed your poster before arriving in St. Paul, there is a print shop called Cedar Printing on Robert St between 4th and 5th street which takes 1-2 business days. A 2x3 foot poster will be $36; prices vary. Find them at www.cedarbp.com
