  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at registration@aamas2015.com. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.
  • The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or late registration deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.
  • Registration Fees include 18% VAT.

* To be eligible for the student fees, students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status. Without this documentation, regular fees will be applied. You may send necessary document by fax at +90 212 347 63 63 or via e-mail to registration@aamas2015.com.

** Those who register for workshops/tutorials should select the tutorials they wish to attend

Workshops / Tutorials Registration Fees include:

  • Coffee and refreshments during the registered day(s)
  • Admission to all workshops and tutorials during the registered day. Workshops / tutorials registration is per day and registering for one day of workshops / tutorials allows you to attend any of the workshops / tutorials being held on that day - you can freely move from one to another.
  • Admission to the Welcome Reception on May 5, 2015

Doctoral Mentoring Meeting Fees include:

  • Coffee and refreshments during the registered day

Cancellation Policy - Registration:
Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the AAMAS 2015 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@aamas2015.com .

  • Cancellations received before or on April 3, 2015 - an administrative fee of 50 € will be applied
  • Cancellations received on or after April 4, 2015 -  no refund
